These terms apply to your use of the Retrix website, member portal, article submissions and careers features. Retrix is a unit of Brajsaa Global Enterprises, based in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using these features, you agree to use them lawfully and follow these terms.
Website information and service enquiries
Website content describes our work and services for general information. Submitting an enquiry, selecting a service plan or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not confirm a booking, employment offer or service contract. Project scope, pricing, taxes, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, revisions and cancellation arrangements must be agreed separately in writing.
If a signed proposal or service agreement applies to your project, that agreement governs the project and takes priority over these website terms where they differ.
Accounts and email verification
Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Keep your password and verification codes private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Email codes expire and may be subject to resend and attempt limits. You may not use another person’s account, bypass access controls or create accounts to evade a restriction.
Account availability and optional features can change. Registration does not grant WordPress administration access or permission to publish content without review.
Articles and other user submissions
Only submit material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, malicious or private third-party material. Remove confidential information and unnecessary personal data before submitting text, images or files.
You retain ownership of your original submissions. By submitting material for publication, you give Retrix a non-exclusive permission to host, review, format and display it as needed to operate the website. Articles may be held for administrator approval, declined or removed. Editing an article can return it to review before it appears publicly again. Submission does not guarantee publication, payment or a particular publication date.
We may restrict an account or remove material where needed to address abuse, security risks, rights complaints or breaches of these terms. Contact us if you believe a moderation decision needs review.
Careers and applications
Provide truthful application details and only submit your own resume or material you are authorised to share. Applying does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment. Roles, availability and recruitment timelines may change. Employment terms, if an offer is made, are confirmed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not send spam, overload forms with automated requests, distribute malware, scrape private account information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users. Do not bypass verification, rate limits or moderation. Security concerns can be reported to hello@retrix.in without exploiting them or accessing other people’s information.
Website materials and third-party links
Retrix branding, website design and original materials belong to their respective owners. You may view and link to public pages for ordinary use. Reproducing or commercially reusing protected materials requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Links, embedded content and external services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and terms are controlled by their providers. A link does not by itself imply an endorsement or partnership.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but information may contain errors and features may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or security reasons. Do not rely on general website information as a substitute for advice specific to your situation or a written project agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any responsibility relating to paid services is also subject to the applicable written service agreement and mandatory law.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how website, account, application and subscription information is handled. Newsletter subscription is optional. Account verification, sign-in and other messages requested by you may still be necessary to use the relevant feature.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the website and features change. The date above identifies this version. Updates do not replace separately agreed project terms.
